ZHONGSHENG HLDG (00881) has released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group recorded total revenue of RMB 63.02 billion and gross profit of RMB 5.05 billion, marking a 20.0% year-on-year increase. Profit attributable to shareholders stood at RMB 111 million, with basic earnings per share of RMB 0.047.

In response to a contracting market environment, the company has continued to push forward structural adjustments across its brand and outlet network. During the first half, it closed, merged, or converted 66 underperforming traditional-brand stores, predominantly those focused on mid-to-high-end marques. Concurrently, the group has steadfastly executed its "central city" strategy, seizing opportunities to open new traditional-brand outlets in viable urban hubs to consolidate its regional market leadership.

Since May, a new brand matrix has gradually taken shape, with the partnership between the company and the Geely group being fully implemented. By the end of June, 20 Lynk & Co stores, 17 Galaxy outlets, and one Zeekr network location had begun operations, with dozens more Geely-affiliated stores currently under construction or in the preparatory phase for launch.
