During the 2026 semi-annual results conference held on September 3rd, Bank Of Hangzhou Co.,Ltd. Deputy Chief Executive Chen Lan provided insights into the company's recent performance.

Chen noted that in the first half of the year, the bank's consumer loan business faced pressure due to declining macro interest rates and intensifying market competition. Despite these headwinds, the segment maintained a steady trajectory and achieved modest growth.

The pricing of newly issued consumer loans remained broadly stable, while asset risk control proved effective, with the overall non-performing loan ratio for consumer credit held at 0.57%. This result reflects a successful balance between business volume and value creation.

Looking ahead, Chen stated that the bank will continue to optimize its customer base and deepen centralized operations management. Through a combination of these measures, the institution aims to steadily enhance the overall quality and efficiency of its consumer credit operations.
