Colour Life Maintains Stable Capital Structure in July 2026 Monthly Return

Colour Life Services Group Co., Limited (Colour Life) has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming stable equity metrics and full compliance with Hong Kong’s public-float requirements.

Colour Life’s authorised share capital closed the month unchanged at 50.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, amounting to HKD 5.00 billion.

Issued share capital remained steady at 1.86 billion shares, representing roughly 3.72% of the authorised limit. The company held no treasury shares, and no share issuance, cancellation or buy-back activity occurred during the month.

The public float continued to exceed the Main Board’s 25 % threshold, with the company confirming compliance as of 31 July 2026.

Under the 11 June 2014 share-option scheme (options granted 27 November 2018), 16.91 million options were outstanding at month-end, unchanged from the prior month. No options were exercised, and consequently no new shares were issued and no proceeds were raised.

Colour Life reported no outstanding warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked agreements, and no movements in treasury shares. The return was submitted by Director Zhu Jindong on 7 August 2026.
