7Road Holdings Limited disclosed in its 16 July 2026 Next Day Disclosure Return that it repurchased 1.80 million ordinary shares on-market on the same day at HK$1.14–1.15 each, spending HK$2.06 million. The shares will be cancelled; no treasury shares are being held.
Following the latest transaction, 7Road’s issued share capital remains at 2.75 billion shares because the repurchased stock has not yet been cancelled. Aggregate repurchases awaiting cancellation now stand at 237.96 million shares, equivalent to approximately 8.67 % of the current issued share base.
Under the share-repurchase mandate granted on 26 May 2026—which authorises the company to buy back up to 274.77 million shares (10 % of shares then in issue)—7Road has already acquired 233.26 million shares, or 8.49 % of the pre-mandate share count. This leaves authority to repurchase up to a further 41.52 million shares before the mandate limit is reached.
Management confirmed that all buybacks have complied with Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant regulations. In line with rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling any treasury shares, effective until 15 August 2026.
