From August 26 to 27, Vice Minister of Human Resources and Social Security Wu Xiuzhang attended the 14th ASEAN Plus Three Labor Ministers Meeting in Thailand, where he delivered remarks highlighting China's "investing in people" approach to skills development and the achievements made under this new-era strategy.
From August 28 to 29, Wu Xiuzhang traveled to Uzbekistan for a working visit, holding talks with Ola Yorov, the head of the country's national social security agency, to discuss avenues for strengthening bilateral cooperation in social security.
