Key career milestones include: • Chief Financial Officer, AstraZeneca China (Jan 2011–Oct 2015). • Vice President & CFO, Shanghai Aikang Fulona Investment Management (Oct 2015–Dec 2017). • Executive Director & CFO, China NT Pharma Group (Mar 2018–Dec 2019; HKEX: 1011). • Director of Finance, Respiration, Immunology & Inflammation, AstraZeneca (Jan 2020–Apr 2020). • CFO, 3SBio Inc. (Apr 2020–Apr 2023; HKEX: 1530).

Wang holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics (1999), an MBA jointly awarded by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Euromed Marseille (KEDGE) in 2012, and is a certified public accountant in the PRC.

Concurrently, Vice President of Capital Markets Mr. Chai Bo will resign effective 16 March 2026 due to other work commitments. The company stated that Chai has no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.
