Café de Coral Executes HKD 1.49 Million Share Buyback, Retiring 0.05% of Outstanding Shares

Café de Coral Holdings Limited disclosed a repurchase of 284,000 ordinary shares on 31 August 2026 under its existing buyback mandate approved on 19 August 2026. The transaction, conducted on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, was executed within a price range of HKD 5.16 to HKD 5.30 per share, at a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 5.26. The aggregate consideration reached HKD 1.49 million.

Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital remains at 573.74 million shares, as the repurchased stock has not yet been cancelled. The 284,000 shares earmarked for cancellation represent 0.05% of the outstanding share base and 0.49% of the 57.37 million-share limit authorised by the current repurchase mandate.

Under Main Board Rule 10.06, Café de Coral is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 30 September 2026.
