Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Plc. disclosed that Director and Vice Chairman Mr. Kitichai Sincharoenkul transferred 1.8 million common shares to his daughter, Ms. Vannisa Sincharoenkul, on Aug, 31 2026.
Following the transfer executed through KGI Securities, Mr. Sincharoenkul’s holding fell to 3.3978 million shares from 5.1978 million shares.
The share movement was reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 59-2, in line with the three-business-day filing requirement.
