HOPSON DEV HOLD (00754) announced that its board of directors has passed a resolution. Following the approval of relevant resolutions at an extraordinary general meeting to be convened by the company, Ernst & Young will be terminated as the company's auditor. Crowe (HK) CPA Limited will be appointed as the new auditor to fill the vacancy created by the proposed termination of Ernst & Young. The appointment will be effective until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
