ICO GROUP (01460) has announced changes to its board composition, effective April 30, 2026. Mr. Chen Weisheng has resigned from his position as an executive director. Mr. Li Zhaokeng has been appointed as a non-executive director and will join the audit committee. Meanwhile, Mr. Ye Guoqian will step down from the audit committee but will retain his membership on the remuneration committee and the nomination committee.
