Simcere Pharmaceutical Group Limited released its 2025 Annual Report and the latest Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Report on 28 April 2026. Both English and Chinese versions of the Annual Report, and an electronic-only ESG Report, are now accessible on the company’s website (www.simcere.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board confirmed that, under Hong Kong’s expanded paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, Simcere Pharma has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Key operational details: 1. Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive future corporate documents by email must provide a functional email address through their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited). 2. Stakeholders preferring hard-copy documents can submit a written or email request to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, the company’s share registrar. Printed materials will be supplied free of charge upon request. 3. Until an email address is lodged with intermediaries, shareholders will not receive electronic publication alerts and must check the company and HKEXnews websites proactively.
