7Road Holdings Limited disclosed that it bought back 4.75 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 9 July 2026. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 1.15 to HKD 1.19, for a total consideration of HKD 5.52 million.
Following the latest transaction, the company’s issued share capital remains at 2.75 billion shares, as none of the repurchased shares have yet been cancelled. Between 18 May and 9 July, 7Road accumulated 199.31 million shares pending cancellation, equivalent to roughly 7.26% of the current issued share base.
Under the repurchase mandate approved on 26 May 2026, the company is authorised to buy back up to 274.77 million shares. As of 9 July, 194.61 million shares—representing 7.08% of the issued share count on the mandate date—have been repurchased on the Exchange or other markets under this authority.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, 7Road is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 8 August 2026.
