Wanjia Group Holdings Limited (Wanjia Group) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 April 2026, disclosing a marked expansion of its share base driven mainly by a rights issue.

Authorised Share Capital • Remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05, equivalent to authorised capital of HKD 100.00 million.

Issued Share Movements • Opening balance (31 March 2026): 560.22 million shares. • Aggregate increase during the month: 568.39 million shares (+101.5%). • Closing balance (30 April 2026): 1.13 billion shares.
