MUYUAN Spends HKD 2.16 Million Repurchasing 60,700 H Shares, Adjusts Free-Float by 0.02%

Muyuan Foods Group Co., Ltd. (MUYUAN) disclosed that on 31 August 2026 it bought back 60,700 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 35.40 and HKD 35.56, translating into a volume-weighted average of HKD 35.53 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 2.16 million.

Post-transaction, MUYUAN’s outstanding H shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 309.82 million, down 0.02% from 309.88 million before the repurchase. Treasury share holdings rose to 405,300, while the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 310.22 million.

The buyback forms part of the authority granted by shareholders on 13 May 2026, which permits the company to repurchase up to 31.02 million shares. Including the latest purchase, MUYUAN has repurchased 405,300 shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.13% of the company’s issued share base as of the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, MUYUAN is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 September 2026. The board confirmed that all repurchases complied with regulatory requirements and that there have been no material changes to the previously filed explanatory statement.
