Progressive Path Group Maintains 415.00 Million Outstanding Shares; Confirms Sufficient Public Float for June 2026

Progressive Path Group Holdings Limited reported no changes in its share capital structure for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 2 July 2026.

The authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

Issued capital was steady at 415.00 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares recorded. The filing shows zero movement across all categories—no new share issues, share repurchases, option exercises, warrant conversions or other equity-linked transactions during the period.

Progressive Path confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent, indicating that at least a quarter of its issued shares continued to be held by public investors at month-end.

The monthly return was signed by Company Secretary Li Kin Fung, reaffirming governance adherence and transparency in the company’s capital disclosures.
