Chi Ho Development Holdings Limited (CHI HO DEV) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged throughout the month. The submission was lodged with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 May 2026.

Authorised share capital stood at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, translating to HKD 20.00 million. No increase or decrease was recorded during April.

Issued share capital also held steady at 800.00 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. Based on the disclosed par value, the issued share capital equates to HKD 8.00 million.

The company reported zero activity across all equity-linked instruments: no share options were outstanding, granted, or exercised; no warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuing arrangements were in place during the period.

Management affirmed full compliance with the minimum 25% public-float requirement under GEM Rule 17.37D(1), stating that the requisite free-float level was met as at 30 April 2026.

The return was signed by Company Secretary Chung Kiu Pan, who confirmed all regulatory filings and listing rule requirements were satisfied.
