Brightstar Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Brightstar Tech) released a clarification regarding its circular dated 16 July 2026 on the proposed share consolidation. The company corrected a clerical error in the definition of “Consolidated Share(s)” on page 1 of the circular, stating that each consolidated ordinary share will carry a par value of HK$0.10, not HK$0.20 as previously printed.
