Progressive Path Group Holdings Limited announced on 21 July 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Annual Report, accompanying circular and notice of annual general meeting (collectively, “Current Corporate Communication”) have been published on both the company website (www.ppgh.com.hk) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders—those holding shares through CCASS participants—are encouraged to review the documents online. Stakeholders who experience difficulty accessing the electronic files, or who prefer hard copies, may complete and sign the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage, and requests can also be submitted via email to 1581-ecom@vistra.com. Printed versions of the Current Corporate Communication, as well as all future corporate communications, will be supplied free of charge upon receipt of a valid request.

Shareholders wishing to receive future communications electronically should provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited (“Intermediaries”). Until an email address is on record, publication notices will be delivered in printed form.
