GDC Appoints Zhao Jinkui as Executive Director and Managing Director

GDC (HKEX: 08271) has announced the appointment of Mr. Zhao Jinkui as an Executive Director, Managing Director, and a member of the Executive Committee of the company, effective from July 1, 2026.
Concurrently, Mr. Feng Xianhuai, the Chairman of the Board and current Managing Director, will step down from his role as Managing Director, also effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Feng will retain his positions as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Executive Committee, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Vice Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
