Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) Co., Ltd. (CCTC, stock code 06951) disclosed that it repurchased 3.17 million A-shares on 31 August 2026 through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, paying a total consideration of RMB 352.98 million.
