Universal Tech Maintains 5.51 Bln Issued Shares and Confirms Adequate Public Float in May Update

Universal Technologies Holdings Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 May 2026, indicating stable share capital metrics and full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million.

Issued share capital held steady at 5.51 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. There were no changes during the month in authorised or issued shares.

Universal Tech confirmed that it continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% for its ordinary shares.

No activity occurred under share option schemes, warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance agreements, and the company reported no movements involving treasury shares or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.

The filing, signed by Chairman and CEO Chen Jinyang on 2 June 2026, also reaffirmed that all regulatory and listing obligations related to its securities remain fully satisfied.
