Hopson Development Suspends Trading Pending FY2025 Results Release

Hopson Development Holdings Limited announced a suspension of trading in its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange effective 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026.

The suspension follows the company’s 31 March 2026 notice that its audited results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 will be delayed. Hopson Development stated that trading will remain halted until the 2025 Annual Results are published.

The board currently comprises eight directors, including five executive directors—Chairman Ms. Chu Kut Yung, Co-president Mr. Zhang Fan, Mr. Au Wai Kin, Mr. Bao Wenge and Mr. Luo Taibin—and three independent non-executive directors, Mr. Tan Leng Cheng, Aaron, Mr. Ching Yu Lung and Mr. Ip Wai Lun, William.
