Guolian Minsheng Securities Company Limited completed a share repurchase on 31 August 2026, buying back 600,000 A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange for a total consideration of RMB 5.31 million. The shares were acquired at prices ranging between RMB 8.82 and RMB 8.90 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of approximately RMB 8.86 per share.
Prior to the transaction, the company had 5.24 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares). The buyback represents 0.011 % of that base. Post-transaction, issued shares outstanding declined to 5.24 billion, while 600,000 shares are now held as treasury stock. The total number of issued shares, including treasury shares, remains unchanged at 5.24 billion.
The repurchase formed part of a board-approved buyback programme authorized on 10 August 2026 and was conducted entirely on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares; no cancellation has been carried out to date.
According to Hong Kong Stock Exchange reporting rules, Guolian Minsheng Securities is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals following this on-market repurchase, unless prior consent from the exchange is obtained.
