CC New Life trims outstanding shares by 0.01% in April; public float remains intact

Central China New Life Limited reported that its total issued share count fell by 138,000 ordinary shares in April 2026, bringing the balance to 1.30 billion shares. The reduction—equivalent to roughly 0.01% of outstanding equity—stemmed from the cancellation of shares repurchased on 20–21 February 2025 under a mandate approved at the 28 June 2024 AGM.

Authorised share capital stayed unchanged at HKD 50.00 million, representing 5.00 billion shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each. No treasury shares were held at month-end, and the company confirmed that its public-float level continues to satisfy Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements.

The filing shows no activity in share options, warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuance agreements during the month.
