TOUYUN BIOTECH (01332) has announced that the Group expects to record a profit attributable to the company of no less than HK$55 million for the year ending December 31, 2025. This contrasts with a loss of approximately HK$79 million reported for the year ended December 31, 2024. The turnaround from loss to profit is primarily attributed to the Group recording a fair value gain of approximately HK$129 million on financial assets at fair value through profit or loss, related to its unlisted and listed equity investments. In comparison, a fair value loss of approximately HK$38 million was recognized for the year ended December 31, 2024.
