On 29 April 2026 Wynn Macau, Ltd. announced the release of its 2025 Final Report and 2025 Sustainability Report, now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.wynnmacaulimited.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will receive hard copies; others may obtain printed versions free of charge by contacting the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or via email at wynnmacau.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

The company confirmed adoption of full electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications in line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime (Listing Rule 2.07A effective 31 December 2023). Both language versions of all forthcoming documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be published online only.

To ensure timely receipt of electronic notifications, shareholders are requested to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by emailing the registrar. Without a valid email address, investors must proactively monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for new publications; only “Actionable Corporate Communications” will be mailed in hard copy under such circumstances.

Shareholders preferring printed copies of future communications may submit a written request or complete and return the reply form to the registrar or the dedicated email address. This instruction will remain effective for one year from receipt of the request.
