Simcere Pharmaceutical Group Limited released its 2025 Annual Report and standalone Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Report on 28 April 2026. Both documents are now accessible in English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.simcere.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies of the Annual Report will be mailed to newly registered shareholders; hard copies of the ESG Report are available on request at no charge.

To align with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023, the company has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms. Shareholders are encouraged to submit a functional email address via the enclosed Reply Form or QR code.

Key timeline: if the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, receives no email address or written objection from new registered shareholders by 26 May 2026, those shareholders will be deemed to have consented to the web-based version of all future corporate communications. In that case, the company will send only notification letters (and any actionable corporate communications) by post until an email address is provided.

Shareholders preferring printed materials may opt in for hard copies; such an instruction remains valid for one year from the date of receipt unless earlier revoked.
