Hong Kong – Xinyuan Property Management Service (Cayman) Ltd. announced that Mr. Wang Yong has resigned from his positions as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective 26 April 2026, citing the need to devote more time to personal commitments.

The Board confirmed that Mr. Wang has no disagreements with either the Company or the Board, and no matters relating to his departure require shareholder or Stock Exchange attention. Management stated that normal business operations remain unaffected; Mr. Wang’s responsibilities will be redistributed internally during a transition period while the Company seeks a suitable replacement CFO.

Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Shen Yuan-Ching expressed appreciation for Mr. Wang’s contributions during his tenure.

Following the change, the Board consists of: • Executive Directors: Mr. Shen Yuan-Ching, Mr. Feng Bo, and Mr. Tang Yucao • Non-Executive Director: Mr. Tian Wenzhi • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Mr. Hou Kaai Wern, Mr. Lan Ye, Ms. Li Jingmei Jessica, Mr. Ling Chenkai, and Ms. Zhao Xia
