Ulferts Maintains 800 Million Issued Shares; Confirms Public Float Compliance in March 2026 Return

Ulferts International Limited submitted its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 02 April 2026, covering the period ended 31 March 2026.

The filing shows that issued share capital remained unchanged at 800.00 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares recorded. Consequently, total issued shares also stood at 800.00 million.

Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at month-end.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 08 January 2018, no options were outstanding, granted, exercised, or lapsed during the month. The scheme retains the capacity to issue up to 80.00 million additional ordinary shares in the future. No funds were raised from option exercises, and there were no warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could affect the share count.

The return was signed by Company Secretary and Authorised Representative Chan Lai Yim, affirming adherence to all applicable listing and regulatory obligations.
