Great Wall Motor has officially announced that its box-styled new energy SUV, the H10, achieved 10,178 deliveries in its first month on the market, according to a September 2 announcement. This milestone makes the H10 the company's first major single-model hit in quite some time across its entire group portfolio.

As the first "box-style new species" vehicle to carry the Great Wall master brand name, the H10 is also the inaugural production model built on the Great Wall Guiyuan premium new energy platform. It is offered in both five-seat and six-seat configurations, measuring 5138mm by 2050mm by 1970mm for the former and 5299mm by 2050mm by 1970mm for the latter, with a unified wheelbase of 3000mm. The vehicle adopts a short front overhang, long wheelbase, and elevated stance, giving it a tall, imposing visual presence with considerable strength. Its off-road credentials include a 24-degree approach angle, departure angles of 25 degrees (six-seat) or 30 degrees (five-seat), a 20-degree ramp angle, and 220mm of ground clearance, ensuring strong terrain capability.

Inside the cabin, the H10 features a 15.6-inch center touchscreen paired with a 17.3-inch ceiling-mounted display, both supporting 93% P3 cinema-grade wide color gamut and AI-enhanced image quality. A 256-color ambient lighting system offers seven dynamic modes and four lighting patterns, with voice control that allows independent adjustment for the driver, front passenger, and rear sections. On the storage front, the five-seat version provides 815 liters of trunk space, expandable to 1,885 liters with the second row folded flat, while the six-seat variant offers 316 liters, expanding to 1,056 liters with the third row stowed, complemented by 42 total storage compartments throughout the cabin.

Built on a "nine horizontal and six vertical" cage-style body structure, the H10 uses 80.4% high-strength steel and 41.4% hot-formed steel, with critical load-bearing areas like pillars, door rings, and roof crossbeams reinforced with 2000MPa ultra-high-strength hot-formed steel. For driver assistance, the H10 is equipped with 27 sensors using a fused camera and LiDAR perception solution, providing forward detection up to 250 meters, lateral coverage of 120 meters, and rear detection of 150 meters. This enables full-scenario NOA (Navigate on Autopilot), smart parking, and other L2-level assisted driving functions, supporting point-to-point assisted navigation.

The chassis features a front double-wishbone and rear five-link independent suspension, paired with EDC electromagnetic dampers and a bionic motion control system that adjusts body posture with millisecond-level precision. Additional off-road hardware includes an iTVC intelligent torque vectoring control system and an electronically controlled mechanical rear differential lock, ensuring reliable traction in extreme conditions. Power comes from the Hi4 hybrid system combining a 1.5T engine with dual electric motors, delivering a combined maximum output of 440kW and peak torque of 722Nm via a four-speed dedicated hybrid transmission, enabling a 0-100km/h sprint in 4.9 seconds. A standard 42.8kWh battery provides CLTC pure electric range of 232km or 227km, with 15 minutes of fast charging restoring 126km of range.
