Long Investment Corp announced on 17 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report have been uploaded to both the company’s website (www.longcorp.com) and the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously opted for hard copies will receive the printed report enclosed with the notification letter.

To streamline disclosure and reduce paper use, the company urges shareholders to submit a valid email address—by written notice of at least seven days—to its Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited. Upon receipt, the registrar will deliver future corporate and actionable communications electronically.

Shareholders without a functional email on record will continue to receive (i) written notices of online publication and (ii) printed actionable communications by post. Investors may alter their preferred method or language of communication at any time by returning the enclosed Change Request Form or contacting Tricor via mail or email.
