Huadian Power International Corporation Limited released a clarification on 31 August 2026 regarding clerical errors in its unaudited interim results announcement for the six months ended 30 June 2026, originally published on 27 August 2026.

The Board stated that two textual inaccuracies appeared on page 24 of the earlier document: 1. The heading “RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT ENDED 30 JUNE 2026” should read “INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT ENDED 30 JUNE 2026.” 2. The phrase “for the year ended 30 June 2026” in the fifth paragraph should read “for the six months ended 30 June 2026.”

The Company confirmed that all other information in the interim results announcement remains unchanged.

As of the clarification date, the Board comprises 12 directors, including Chairman and Executive Director Liu Lei, Vice Chairmen Li Quancheng (Executive Director) and Zhu Peng (Non-executive Director), alongside other executive, non-executive and independent non-executive directors.

The announcement reiterates that neither Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited nor The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited assumes responsibility for the content’s accuracy or completeness.
