ASIAPAC FIN INV Shareholder Transfers HK$17.09 Million Worth of Shares from Futu to Longbridge

A recent disclosure from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange revealed that on March 18, a shareholder of ASIAPAC FIN INV (08193) transferred shares from Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) to Longbridge Securities Hong Kong. The transferred shares had a market value of HK$17.085 million, representing 16.28% of the company's issued share capital. The previous share transfer occurred on February 11, when a company shareholder moved shares from Huatai Hong Kong to Futu Securities International (Hong Kong), with a transfer value of HK$16.8912 million, accounting for 17.5% of the shares.

Separately, ASIAPAC FIN INV announced its interim results for the six-month period ended September 30, 2025. The group reported total revenue of HK$11.993 million, an increase of 10.39% compared to the same period last year. Profit attributable to the company's owners was HK$27.242 million, a significant improvement from a loss of HK$1.133 million recorded in the prior corresponding period. Earnings per share stood at 9.7 HK cents.
