The conditions precedent as outlined in the subscription agreements have all been satisfied, and the share subscription has been completed on July 6, 2026.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreements, each of the subscribers has successfully taken up a total of 3,300,800 subscription shares at a price of HK$0.325 per share.
