According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a significant change in the shareholding position of NT PHARMA (01011) occurred on August 3, with a total transfer market value of HK$21.0049 million, accounting for 5.90% of the company's total shares.
The company's shareholder transferred 56 million shares into New Yanguo International Securities and simultaneously transferred 56 million shares out of Shenghang Financial Holdings.
For the fiscal year 2025, NT PHARMA reported operating revenue of RMB 24.158 million, a decrease of 36.36% year-on-year. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB 26.041 million, a reduction of 51.20% compared to the previous year, and the basic loss per share was RMB 0.0422.
