Hopson Development Holdings Limited reported unaudited aggregated contracted sales of RMB2.05 billion for the four months ended 30 April 2026. The tally comprises RMB1.74 billion from property sales and RMB312.00 million from decoration services.

For April alone, total contracted sales reached RMB730.00 million, of which property transactions contributed RMB520.00 million and decoration services RMB210.00 million.

During the January–April period, the Group and its joint ventures and associates sold 111,276 sq m of gross floor area (GFA) at an average selling price of approximately RMB15,640 per sq m.

Projects developed and managed under the “Hopson” brand but not owned by the Group generated additional contracted sales of RMB413.00 million from 8,552 sq m of GFA during the four-month span. Within April, this segment recorded RMB198.00 million from 2,768 sq m.

All figures are provisional and subject to adjustment in the forthcoming interim report for the six months ending 30 June 2026.
