Asia-Pac Financial: April Share Capital Stable; Public Float Compliance Confirmed

Hong Kong, 4 May 2026—Asia-Pac Financial Investment Company Limited reported no changes in authorised or issued share capital for April 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Authorised Capital • Authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood unchanged at 279.81 million. • The company held no treasury shares at month-end, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations during the period.

Public Float • Management confirmed compliance with the minimum 25% public-float requirement under GEM Rule 17.37D(1), ensuring sufficient share liquidity.

Share Option Scheme • Under the share option scheme adopted on 26 September 2025, no options were granted, exercised or lapsed in April. • A total of 27.98 million shares remain available for future issuance under the scheme.

Other Equity Instruments • The issuer reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities or other agreements that could affect share capital.

The report, signed by Executive Director Ip Kwok Kwong, indicates that Asia-Pac Financial’s share structure and capital base were stable through the end of April 2026, with no equity dilution or treasury share movements recorded.
