KANGQIAO SER (02205) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The company recorded revenue of RMB932 million and a gross profit of RMB198 million, with a gross profit margin of 21.3%. During the year, revenue from property management services amounted to approximately RMB730 million, an increase of 7.2% compared to approximately RMB681 million in the same period of 2024. This growth was primarily attributed to the group's business expansion, which led to a rapid increase in the total gross floor area under management.
