Pak Tak Int’l pushes circular on guarantee and cross-guarantee deals to 1 June 2026

Pak Tak International Limited announced a further postponement in the despatch of its shareholder circular covering multiple guarantee and cross-guarantee arrangements.

The circular, originally slated for distribution by 11 May 2026, is now expected to be issued on or before 1 June 2026. Management cited the need for additional time to finalise information to be included in the document.

The forthcoming circular will detail: • Guarantee Agreement I (as extended by the Extended Guarantee Agreement I), Guarantee Agreement II and Guarantee Agreement III; • the Cross-guarantee Agreement; • recommendations from the Independent Board Committee to independent shareholders; • an independent financial adviser’s opinion; and • the notice convening a special general meeting.

The guarantees and cross-guarantee constitute discloseable and connected transactions as well as a continuing connected transaction under the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Chairman and CEO Wu Zongchuan signed the announcement dated 11 May 2026. The board currently comprises three executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
