Min Fu International Holding Ltd. has released its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, detailing operational data and initiatives across environmental stewardship, social responsibility and governance.
Environmental Performance • Water consumption fell 33 % year on year to 62.78 m³, reducing intensity to 0.06 m³ per m² of floor area. • Electricity usage rose to 309,743 kWh (239.69 kWh per m²), driving Scope 2 greenhouse-gas emissions up to 187.38 tCO₂e from 3.29 tCO₂e a year earlier, largely due to expanded activities at subsidiary Hunan Baisheng Biotechnology. • The Group’s operations generated no material hazardous or non-hazardous waste; waste collection is handled by property-management contractors. • No breaches of environmental regulations or related penalties were recorded during the period.
Climate-Risk Management The Board oversees climate strategy via an ESG Working Group that conducts regular risk assessments. Key identified risks include extreme weather disruptions and rising temperatures; opportunities centre on operational efficiency and sustainable product development. The company plans to refine long-term decarbonisation targets and enhance climate-related metrics in future disclosures.
Operational Practices • Product quality: No product recalls or safety-related complaints were reported for the fifth consecutive year. The Group maintains ISO 9001:2015 certification and offers a one-year warranty on solutions. • Intellectual property: Patent portfolio expanded to 34 registrations (8 invention patents, 26 utility models). • Data protection: Cybersecurity measures include mandatory user agreements, encrypted document transfer and ongoing staff training. No data-privacy breaches occurred. • Integrity: Zero incidents of corruption, fraud or money laundering; a confidential whistle-blowing mechanism remains in place.
Supply Chain Oversight Min Fu engaged 33 China-based suppliers during the year, all vetted for quality, environmental and social standards. The procurement team maintains a qualified supplier list and conducts periodic due-diligence reviews to mitigate concentration risk.
Human Capital • Workforce: 37 employees as of 31 March 2026; men 54 %, women 46 %; 81 % of staff are aged 31-50. • Turnover rate dropped to 6 % from 22 % in FY 2025. • Training: Staff completed an aggregate 36 hours of professional development, averaging 4.2 hours for male and 4.7 hours for female employees. • Health & safety: No work-related injuries or fatalities were reported. • Compliance: The company reported no violations of labour, health, safety or employment regulations.
Governance Framework The Board retains overall responsibility for ESG strategy, supported by senior management and a cross-functional ESG Working Group that prepares disclosures, monitors key performance indicators and reviews risk controls. The 2026 ESG Report has been approved by the Board and is available on both the company and HKEX websites.
Outlook Min Fu plans to tighten energy-efficiency measures, pursue further reductions in carbon intensity and continue integrating ESG criteria into supplier selection and operational strategy. The Board will review targets annually to align with evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations.
