RAILY AESMED (02135) has announced that, following approval from its board of directors, which included the compensation committee, all 47.276 million unexercised share options previously granted to certain eligible individuals under its share option scheme have been formally cancelled, effective from August 31, 2026.
The cancellation applies to the entire outstanding option balance granted to the relevant grantees, as detailed in the company's official filing.
