C&D Intl Group Introduces Scrip Dividend Option for FY 2025 Final Dividend

Bulletin Express
Jun 10

C&D International Investment Group Limited has opened an optional scrip dividend scheme for its final dividend relating to the year ended 31 December 2025.

The programme allows qualifying shareholders recorded on 3 June 2026 to elect to receive the forthcoming final dividend wholly in new shares, wholly in cash, or through a combination of both. The default settlement—if no election is made—will be a full cash dividend.

Shareholders opting for scrip consideration must complete and return the prescribed election form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 30 June 2026. Elections are non-transferable and any form completed by a non-qualifying shareholder will be rendered void.

Dividend cheques and/or share certificates are scheduled for dispatch by ordinary post to the addresses on record, with shareholders bearing postal risk. In the case of joint holdings, all joint holders must sign the election form; corporate shareholders must ensure execution by an authorised signatory.

The company’s decision will be final in the event of any dispute regarding the scheme. The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited assume no responsibility for the contents of the election documentation.
