S-Enjoy Service Group Co., Limited issued a shareholder notice on 15 July 2026 confirming that its 2025 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.xinchengyue.com) and on HKEX’s HKEXnews platform.

Pursuant to Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company has formally adopted an electronic dissemination regime for all current and future corporate communications. Shareholders are encouraged to access materials online and may register an email address to receive electronic notifications by submitting the “Provision of Email Address Form” to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing 1755-ecom@vistra.com.

Investors who have previously elected to receive hard-copy documents will find the printed 2025 Annual Report enclosed with the notice. Future requests for printed versions will continue to be honoured free of charge upon submission through the procedures detailed on the company’s website.

The notice reiterates that shareholders bear responsibility for providing a functional email address; once an email notification is dispatched without a “non-delivery” reply, S-Enjoy Service is deemed to have fulfilled its obligations under the Listing Rules.
