Shangshan Gold Publishes 2026 Annual Report, Circular and AGM Notice Online; Printed Copies Available on Request

Shangshan Gold International Holdings Limited announced that its 2026 Annual Report, the accompanying circular and the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (collectively, the “Current Corporate Communications”) have been released in both English and Chinese versions on the company’s website (www.shangshan-gold.com) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who hold shares through CCASS and have opted to receive corporate communications may request hard copies of the Current Corporate Communications. To obtain printed versions, holders should complete the Request Form provided with the notification letter and return it to the company’s principal share registrar and transfer office, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The pre-paid mailing label attached to the Request Form covers local postage.

Submitting the Request Form will also serve as an instruction to receive all future corporate communications in printed form until shareholders advise the registrar otherwise or cease to hold shares in Shangshan Gold.
