Project Overview and Scope

The project owner is Wuxue Lingang Technology Co., Ltd., with Huaruicheng Project Management Co., Ltd. acting as the tendering agency. The construction will take place within Wuxue City's jurisdiction, covering the entire area.

The construction scope includes building a city-wide low-altitude economy support system for Wuxue. This involves establishing 20 drone charging and battery swap stations, along with facilities for low-altitude surveillance, meteorology, and security. The procurement aspect covers drones for inspection, firefighting, plant protection, cleaning, and logistics purposes.

The project also mandates the simultaneous development of a digital platform hub, computing power infrastructure, maintenance centers, management centers, and warehouse facilities to support operational needs.

Key Bidding Details

The bidding scope encompasses all content listed in the project清单, with full specifics available in the tender documents. The project is divided into a single bid section, with a construction period set for 120 calendar days at the designated delivery location within Wuxue City.

Interested bidders can obtain the tender documents from Wuxue Lingang Technology Co., Ltd. located at the Lingang Industry Group Comprehensive Building, West of Shijiuhao Road, Wuxue City. Document collection is scheduled from August 31, 2026, to September 4, 2026, between 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM, and 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).

Applicants must bring photocopies of their business licenses and other required materials stamped with the official company seal, along with a legal representative identity certificate or an authorized power of attorney. The deadline for bid document submission is set for 9:00 AM on September 30, 2026.
