Pak Tak International Limited (PAK TAK INT'L) announced that it has signed a supplemental agreement on 17 April 2026 to extend the validity of its Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a potential purchase of a partial or entire equity stake in an unnamed target company. The new expiry date for the MOU is 19 July 2026, marking a three-month extension from the original schedule.

The extension allows additional time for comprehensive due-diligence work on the target company’s operations and assets, as well as for further negotiations with the potential vendor on definitive transaction terms. All other provisions of the original MOU remain unchanged.

No binding agreement has been reached to date, and the potential acquisition may or may not proceed. Pak Tak International cautions shareholders and prospective investors to exercise care when trading the company’s securities.

Further announcements will be issued in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules should substantive developments occur.

The announcement was authorised by the Board of Pak Tak International Limited and signed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Wu Zongchuan on 17 April 2026.
