Lotus Horizon: CFO Yeung Kin Wa Elevated to Executive Director as Chen Shu An Steps Down

Hong Kong, 1 June 2026—Lotus Horizon Holdings Limited (Lotus Horizon) announced a board reshuffle that will take effect immediately.

Executive Director resignation • Mr. Chen Shu An has resigned as Executive Director and member of the Remuneration Committee, citing a desire to devote more time to personal endeavours. • The company confirmed that Mr. Chen has no disagreements with the Board and no matters require shareholder attention.

New Executive Director appointment • Mr. Yeung Kin Wa—currently Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and authorised representative—has been appointed Executive Director and joins the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 June 2026. • Mr. Yeung, aged 40, has over 17 years of auditing and accounting experience, is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. • Career highlights include roles at Ernst & Young, Chevalier International Holding and Lake Chong Fa Catering Group before joining Lotus Horizon as consultant in July 2020 and becoming CFO in December 2020.

Service contract and remuneration • Mr. Yeung has signed a three-year service contract commencing 1 June 2026. • Compensation comprises a director’s fee of HK$0.03 million per month, a basic salary of HK$0.09 million per month and a discretionary performance-linked bonus. • He is subject to retirement by rotation and re-election in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association and Hong Kong listing rules.

Remuneration Committee changes • Concurrent with the board changes, Mr. Chen exits and Mr. Yeung joins the Remuneration Committee.

Board composition Following the changes, the Board consists of Executive Directors Mr. Chu Kwok Fun (Chairman and CEO) and Mr. Yeung Kin Wa, alongside three Independent Non-Executive Directors: Ms. Leung Yin Fai, Mr. Ma Tsz Chun and Ms. Yuen Wai Yee.
