StarGlory Holdings Company Limited (StarGlory) issued a clarification correcting the proxy submission details contained in its circular and notice of annual general meeting (AGM) dated 30 July 2026.
The company stated that, owing to a clerical error, Note (3) on page 23 of the circular and page 4 of the AGM notice has been revised. Shareholders intending to vote by proxy must now lodge their forms—together with any relevant power of attorney or certified authority—with the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, no later than 11:00 a.m. on Monday, 21 September 2026, being not less than 48 hours before the AGM's scheduled start time. Submission of a proxy form does not preclude a shareholder from attending and voting in person; any such attendance will automatically revoke the lodged proxy.
The board confirmed that all other information in the original circular—covering general mandates to issue and repurchase shares, re-election of directors, and re-appointment of the retiring auditor—remains unchanged.
StarGlory’s board currently comprises two executive directors, Zhang Tao (Chairman) and Li Hongchen, and three independent non-executive directors, Chan Yee Ping Michael, Pang Xiaoli, and Zhang Wenjuan.
The announcement will remain available on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website and the company’s website for at least seven days from 6 August 2026.
