ZALL SMARTCOM (02098) has unveiled its interim results for 2026, recording a revenue of approximately RMB 36.905 billion, a sharp contraction of 59.41% year-on-year. The company reported a loss attributable to equity shareholders of about RMB 1.149 billion, a significant swing from a profit in the prior corresponding period. This translates to a loss per share of RMB 0.0927.

The decrease in revenue is primarily attributed to a decline in supply chain management and trading business income. According to the company's announcement, this reduction reflects a strategic decision during the reporting period to trim the proportion of lower-margin operations and refine the business mix, thereby concentrating resources on higher-value-added segments. Consequently, the scale of the supply chain management and trading operations has been scaled back.
