According to the data, the shareholder transferred 5.7488 million shares to BNP Paribas while moving 16.2361 million shares out of HSBC Hong Kong. Following this activity, Pharmaron issued an announcement regarding a subscription agreement entered into with the manager on August 26, 2026, after trading hours.

Under the terms of the agreement, subject to certain conditions, the company has agreed to issue, and the manager has agreed to subscribe for, or procure subscribers to subscribe for, convertible bonds with a principal amount totaling RMB 2.18 billion.
